Stir-fried Shredded Chicken with Yu Choys

(Feicui Baiyu)

Ingredients

One chicken breast

250 grams bean sprouts

6 yu choys

Seasoning:

(A): salt, cooking wine and cornstarch

(B): salt and gourmet powder

Method:

1. Shred the chicken and marinate in (A) for 20 minutes.

2. Remove the roots of the bean sprouts. Cut the yu choys in half and set aside.

3. Stir-fry the shredded chicken in 3 tbsp. oil, add bean sprouts and (B). Stir well and set aside on a plate.

4. Blanch the yu choys in water. Remove, add a dash of salt and oil, and place around rim of dish. Serve.
