On Dec. 19th, 2007. Base Enterprises Exchange Conference, organized by China Textiles Development Center, was held in the conference room of the China National Textile & Apparel Council. Mr. Sun Ruizhe, the vice president of China National Textile & Apparel Council and president of China Textile Information Center, attended the conference and exchange views with the representatives of those base enterprises, besides, Zhang Wei. Director of the Industrial Development Department of China Textile Information Center, gave a general introduction of the situation and the future blueprint of the base enterprises markedly.
