Ingredients

Half a chicken (or two drumsticks), coriander

(A) Half a cup of shredded scallions and ginger

(B) Cooking wine and salt

(C) One tablespoon each of scallion, ginger and cooking wine

Method

1. Blanch the chicken, then boil half a pot of water. Add (C) and the chicken to the water and boil for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat for 10 minutes, remove the chicken when the water has cooled, and spread a dash of seasoning (B) on it.

2. Cut the chicken into chunks and spread (A) on it.

3. Pour three tablespoons of boiling oil on the chicken, spread the coriander on it and serve.
