Ingredients
(A) 1 cup cubed cabbage
2 tbsp. cake flour
1 egg
salt, monosodium glutamate, water
(B) green laver, stockfish,
mature vinegar
(C) 2 slices meat
Method
1. Mix (A) well.
2. Warm 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan, place (A) in the pan and form it into a round shape. Place 2 slices of meat (C) on top, then flip and fry the other side.
3. Place the cooked cabbage pancake on a plate, sprinkle (B) on it and serve.
