该刊是经新闻出版总署批准,由中国科学院主管,中国科学院力学研究所和中国力学学会主办的学术期刊。它将于2011 年1月10日出版其创刊号,并在国内外公开发行。该刊由中国力学学会和 American Institute of Physics ( AIP ,美国物理联合会)合作出版和发行,将在 AIP 的著名电子平台 Scitation ( Scitation . aip . org )上在线出版。该刊在 AIP 上的网站为 http:// taml.aip.org。TAML定位为国际化的快报类英文期刊;旨在快速、精炼地报道具有原创性和重要价值的力学所有分支学科、力学交叉学科的理论、实验、计算以及应用等方面的研究思想、方法、进展和成果;注重前沿性和时效性,注重力学和工程的结合。 TAML 将为力学及相关学科作者提供最快发表自己研究成果的平台,为读者提供最快了解国际前沿的渠道。
