Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics(《基因组蛋白质组与生物信息学报》,简称GPB)创刊于2003年,是由中国科学院主管、中科院北京基因组研究所与中国遗传学会主办的英文期刊,由科学出版社与Elsevier合作出版发行。刊载来自世界范围内组学、生物信息学及相关领域的综述、研究论文、工具、方法、实验技术、研究展望、研究亮点、新闻观点等高质量的稿件,以及具有专业特色的数据库及网络服务器等文章,尤其关注基于高通量测序技术的大数据的获取、分析及整合存储,突出刊物的前沿性、应用性和国际性。GPB现为金色开放获取(Open Access)期刊,文章出版后可通过ScienceDirect 查看全文,立刻并永久自由获取;读者可依据知识共享协议许可(Creative Commons)对文章合理使用。GPB现为中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)核心期刊,被美国医学索引(PubMed/MEDLINE)、PubMed Central、美国生物科学数据库(BP)、开放获取期刊文献检索系统(DOAJ),化学文摘(CA)、Scopus、Elsevier书刊目录库(包括荷兰《医学文摘》)、SCIE、俄罗斯文摘杂志(AJ)、中国学术期刊文摘、中国期刊全文数据库等国内外收录系统收录全文或摘要。GPB获得中国科协等六部委共同实施的“中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划”(PIIJ)(2013—2018)资助;并多次入选由中国学术期刊(光盘版)电子杂志社等评选的“中国最具国际影响力学术期刊”名单(2013—2016)。GPB现为双月刊,主编为于军研究员。GPB面向国内外发行,2017年国内定价每期50元,全年300元(邮发代号:82-557);境外定价每期50美元,全年300美元。
